What is Heartbreak?

Our hearts get poked from time to time.
“Ouch, you poked my heart!”

Sometimes, our hearts break,
and a broken heart can make us feel angry and sad.
It’s okay to feel angry, and it’s okay to feel sad.
We can feel these feelings without getting lost inside them.

Put your hand over your heart
and hold it gently,
the way you hold someone’s hand when they’re scared.

We can feel our anger and our sadness,
and then let them go.
We let the feelings go,
but we keep the lessons.

When our hearts break, they break open.
When our hearts break open, they can let in more love.

It’s okay for your heart to break. You can handle it.

Intent & Impact

If my intent is to blame or judge myself and others, the energy is unconscious.

The vicious cycle continues.

If my intent is to respect and love myself and others, the energy is conscious.

This is the act of healing and transformation.

Know my intent because it creates the impact.

I judge her, so she judges me

What part of me am I unwilling to accept? The part of her that I judge.

We are faithful mirrors to each other.

It is not her rejection that hurts: It is self-rejection that causes my suffering.

Believing Is Seeing

From the center of my heart,

I can see the gifts that fear shows me in the Mirror of Distortions.

From the center of my doubt,

The distorted images are who I am.

It’s a choice: Which image do I believe in?

Believing IS seeing.
