Yes, I am having a hard time. Yes, I feel overwhelmed.
Stop. Breathe.
I can choose to be here for myself. What do I need?
I want to keep going, but I need to rest.
I am learning to support what I need instead of what I want, without judgment.
This is how I take care of myself.
I can feel the pain, anger, and frustration, but I do not need to ruminate and suffer.
I have a choice.
